ECC accompanies and supports its customers and business partners throughout the entire development process. We are able to provide you with the following services starting with the initial product idea:

  • Material selection
    Through profound expertise and processing experience for various materials: CF, GF; AF; HPMME; PBO; etc.
  • Broad product range
    We provide textile solutions based on fabrics, multiaxial fabrics and unidirectional fabrics and this based on a wide variety of materials.
  • Studio Samples
    ECC offers the unique opportunity to produce studio fabrics (approx. 7 m²) on the basis of just a few yarn bobbins. This allows our customers to get an initial impression of processing the material in a small scale environment. The gained knowledge can be used  to optimise the product and determine the needed product specifications. Microscopic analysis methods and laminate testing in certified laboratories create the foundation for our products' performance capacities.
  • Series introduction
    We will accompany you during the introduction of series production for your products by structuring the product specifications individually. We are able to provide test certificates in accordance with EN 10204-3.1.
