We offer apprentices sound, interesting and varied training.

What your training will look like on a day-to-day basis...   

  • As a production mechanic (m/f), you'll be responsible for professionally setting up, controlling, maintaining, monitoring and repairing our production machines and plants.
  • You will understand and monitor the production processes and process sequences.
  • You will be familiar with the yarns and fabrics used and will make sure that quality is achieved during production.
  • You will understand and work on mechatronic systems.
  • Length of training: three years at the company and vocational college   

For this job, you should...  

  • Be interested in working with metal and plastic materials and possess a technical understanding as well as good motor skills
  • Enjoy mechatronic processes and tasks
  • Like working in teams
  • Possess at least good qualifications from the completion of compulsory basic secondary schooling

What your training will look like on a day-to-day basis...   

  • As a textile laboratory assistant (m/f) you will be testing materials, e.g. fibres, yarns and textile surfaces or auxiliary materials for the production and finishing of textiles.  
  • You will be analysing test results and defining quality standards. Your tasks will, for instance, include checking the quality of incoming goods and production or activities in research and development.
  • Length of training: 3.5 years at the company and vocational college

For this job, you should...    

  • Be interested in handling materials and possess an understanding of science and maths and be a quick learner.
  • Enjoy laboratory work as well as chemistry and physics.
  • Like working in teams.   
  • Be willing to attend vocational college for block schooling at the Staatliche Berufsschule für Textilberufe in Münchberg (State Vocational College for Textile Professions in Münchberg) in Bavaria.
  • Possess at least a General Certificate of Secondary Education or comparable school-leaving qualifications.

What your training will look like on a day-to-day basis...

  • As an industrial business management assistant, your commercial and managerial field of activity will cover all functions within a company.     
  • You will be familiarised with all commercial fields of activity within a manufacturing company and will work in all departments from sales through order processing, procurement and scheduling to quality assurance, accounting, controlling and personnel.        
  • You will acquire micro- and macroeconomic knowledge, legal foundations as well as specialist expertise, e.g. in accounting or textiles.
  • You will learn to understand all processes within a company and will be familiarised with the necessary commercial and clerical core and support processes.
  • You will use up-to-date information, communications and media technologies.
  • Length of training: three years at the company and vocational college

For this job, you should...

  • Be interested in commercial and administrative processes and possess an understanding of maths and good PC skills.
  • Possess good English skills (other languages would be advantageous).
  • Enjoy working with numbers and people.
  • Like working in teams.
  • Possess at least a General Certificate of Secondary Education or comparable school-leaving qualifications.
